And as the Upholstery Sourcing Specialist, you’ll serve as the strategic bridge between our internal teams and external partners, managing the full supplier lifecycle—from complex price negotiations and product development to ensuring seamless delivery and production capacity.
In Sourcing, we drive the engine of our physical business by turning complex BOM analysis and market data into actionable supplier strategies. This fits into our larger need to ensure a continuous, high-quality, and ethical supply chain, which is important to us because maintaining product availability and cost-efficiency is what allows us to scale reliably while staying true to our «remarkably better» promise.
Within the first few months, you’d have established a rhythm of communication across logistics, engineering, and quality teams, while taking full ownership of your assigned supplier portfolio and identifying immediate «cost out» opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
Build & Scale the Network: Identify, qualify, and onboard high-performing upholstery suppliers to build a resilient and competitive global supply base.
Master the Negotiation: Drive price negotiations for new and existing products using deep BOM analysis and market data to protect margins and realize «cost-out» opportunities.
Own the Relationship: Act as the primary bridge between suppliers and internal teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality), ensuring clear communication and aligned priorities.
Lead Product Initiatives: Manage the end-to-end execution of product developments and relocations using a disciplined project management approach.
Monitor & Optimize Performance: Rigorously track supplier KPIs and tactical capacity, intervening with mitigation strategies to ensure 100% product availability and quality.
Ensure Integrity: Execute all procurement activities with a commitment to strict compliance, ethical standards, and value-chain transparency.

The target salary for this role is $90,000 to $105,000. The actual base pay can increase beyond this range, and will be based on various factors, including transferable skills, training and certifications, work experience, business needs and market demands.
