Purpose:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, maintaining accurate accounting general ledgers, journal entries and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Will be responsible for the local and federal annual and monthly tax returns, preparing the backups of calculations and delivering the statements in the government web sites.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tax and accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Position Tasks:

• Prepare and maintain general ledgers and tax reports.
• Contribute to month‐end and year‐end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Reconcile accounts tax payable and receivable to ensure accurate and complete financial records.
• Process journal entries transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of expenses, provisions and accounting adjustments.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.

Experience / Education:

• College graduate or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related administrative.
• 3 – 5 years working experience in accounting, financing or auto finance.
• Literacy in computer and software (Excel advanced level, Power point and Word)
• Experience with fiscal portals (SAT, RNIE, Anty Laundry Money, etc.)
