Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary) Temporal

We are seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end HR administration processes for Americas. You will be the backbone of our Talent Acquisition and HR operations, responsible for handling hiring, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across SSL
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on market trends, deliver diverse shortlists and coordinate interview stages
• Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and offer negotiations
• Proactively build pipeline for key positions for the business
• Responsible for representing the brand in candidate interactions and uphold high standards of work
• HR Administration / HR Operations

Skills & Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
