We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to help grow both sides of our talent pipeline—by recruiting exceptional candidates and finding great companies to place them in. This is a dynamic, dual-focused role for someone who thrives on building relationships and making impactful connections.
You’ll source and qualify candidates for open roles, while also prospecting and onboarding companies in need of high-quality hires. You’ll play a key part in expanding our network and ensuring strong matches between people and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
Qualify applicants and conduct intro calls to assess fit and interest
Build and maintain a pipeline of partner companies looking to hire talent
Conduct outreach to companies via cold email, LinkedIn, or referrals
Schedule meetings, manage CRM updates, and track hiring progress
Act as a liaison between candidates and clients to ensure smooth placements
Ideal Qualifications:
Some experience in recruiting, sales, or partnerships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable doing outreach and running structured conversations
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Airtable, and cold email platforms
