Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Placement : Issue and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, based on production or inventory plan requirements.
Delivery Follow-up : Actively monitor and manage the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Issue Resolution : Quickly identify and resolve any delivery issues or delays by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
Internal Stakeholder Communication : Keep production, warehouse, and finance teams informed about order statuses and any potential impacts.
System Updates : Ensure purchasing information systems (ERP, etc.) are consistently updated with the status of orders and delivery dates.
Required Skills and Experience
English:
Advanced Level
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles with a strong focus on purchase order issuance and follow-up.
Stakeholder Communication : Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with various internal stakeholders (production, warehouse, finance) to coordinate and ensure material flow. This includes the ability to provide status updates and collaboratively resolve issues.
Organization and Attention to Detail : Highly organized, meticulous, and with great attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and effective follow-up.
Proactivity : Ability to anticipate supply issues and take preventive action.
System Proficiency : Familiarity and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for managing purchase orders.
Problem Solving : Skill in quickly identifying causes of delays and proposing effective solutions.
Education : University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
