We are expanding to Puerto Vallarta and are seeking a polished and highly driven professional to join our team.

The Role

This role blends premium front-facing sales with strategic client onboarding and close collaboration with our creative and production teams.

You will serve as the primary liaison between Del Cabo Events and hotels, agencies, DMCs, and event clients—guiding projects from first contact through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and seamless transition into planning and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and actively prospect new business opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with hotels, agencies, DMCs, and event clients
• Prepare custom proposals, estimates, and commercial agreements aligned with luxury standards
• Lead consultative selling, negotiation, and contract closure
• Maintain organized pipeline management and CRM tracking

Event Coordination & Internal Alignment

• Lead discovery conversations to understand client vision and project scope
• Translate client needs into clear direction for internal creative and production teams
• Coordinate site visits, walk-throughs, and client presentations
• Support project handoff and participate in key on-site activations when required

Brand Representation

• Represent Del Cabo Events professionally at venues, hotel partnerships, networking events, and industry activations
• Uphold the brand’s culture of excellence, creativity, and high-touch hospitality

What Sets You Apart

You thrive in environments where sales, service, and experience design intersect.

We’re looking for someone with:

• ✔ 3–5 years in luxury events, hospitality sales, DMCs, MICE, or related industries
• ✔ Proven consultative sales ability (prospecting, negotiation & closing experience strongly preferred)
• ✔ Advanced English & Spanish
• ✔ Exceptional organization, client service, and follow-through
• ✔ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• ✔ Familiarity with hotels, venues, agencies, and event operations
• ✔ Availability for evenings, weekends, and events—because exceptional experiences don’t follow office hours

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for events

This role requires presence at hotels, venues, suppliers, and events throughout the Bay of Banderas region.
