Jetour (in Chinese: 捷途, romanized: Jié tú) is a Chinese automobile brand launched in 2019 by Chery under its Chery Commercial Vehicles division. It is presented as Chery’s affordable brand in the crossover and SUV segment.
The Jetour product lineup is not expected to be smaller than the mid-size segments, offering configuration options for 5, 6, or 7 seats, while providing internal combustion engines, electric vehicles, plug-in hybrids, and possibly hydrogen propulsion systems.
The brand’s Chinese name is pronounced «Jietu,» which can be translated as «road to victory.»

Purpose:
- The Sales Administrator is the strategic link between commercial management, the dealer network, and the sales team.
- Their primary purpose is to ensure that sales, profitability (by wholesale), and market share objectives (by retail tools) are achieved while guaranteeing a positive dealer experience and efficient commercial operations.
Position Tasks
- Goal Management and Planning
- Set and monitor sales targets for new vehicles – Wholesale and Retail
- Analyze market behavior and propose strategies to achieve objectives by ordering production

- Implement process, policy’s for the retail and fleet operation
2. Control and Supervision of Commercial Operations
- Coordinate vehicle reception, inventory management, and allocation to ensure availability.
- Verify compliance with pricing policies, discounts, and incentive programs.
- Ensure that sales processes comply with internal and external regulations.
3. Dealer and Customer Relations
- Act as the main point of contact between the brand and the dealer network.
- Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and propose improvements to the purchase experience.
- Handle customer incidents and support special negotiations when needed.
4. Sales Team Management
- Coordinate, train, and motivate the sales advisor team.
- Define individual goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor behavior, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare commercial intelligence reports for strategic decision-making.
6. Incentive and Bonus Management
- Design, implement, and track commission and incentive programs.
- Validate sales results and authorize bonus payments according to policies.
7. Information and Reporting Management
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in management systems.
