Mission:
Achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the plant’s production processes and adherence to the quality system, reducing waste to a minimum, through leadership in the work team and with members of other departments. Coordinate efforts to achieve a quality product in accordance with our customers’ specifications, meeting their expectations, promoting self-control in the processes, complying with the quality systems established by
Antolín Saltillo.
Responsibilities:
Customer service and provide immediate response to reported rejections until complete closure.
Lead Interdisciplinary Team for Problem Resolution (8D) with Clients – Red Table
Maintenance of internal Management Indicators (Customer Complaints, Non-Quality Costs)
Follow-up to audits and the action plans derived from them.
Planning, Elaboration and Control of PPAPs for clients
Follow-up to modifications in product and/or process.
Follow-up to warranty claims
Active participation in Launch activities (PPCR, IPA, CPA, IPH and CPH)
Maintenance and Follow-up to Control Guidelines
Elaboration, control and follow-up of SCRAP issues
Maintenance of Process Control Plans
What we are looking for:
Industrial engineer similar or related career.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Quality Engineer in the Automotive Industry.
Experience on Ford Platfom.
At least 1 year of experience with Ford
APQP knowledge
AMEF
Solving Problem
SAP
Immediate response to emerging situations in Quality Area.
Knowledge on assembly, injection and pressing processes.
Conversational English.
