We are looking for a Plant Manager to join the Team.

General objective of the position

This position’s responsibilities include the supervision of mitigation of non-technical risks and the supervision of the technical performance of projects. The Plant Manager must ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan and ensure the execution of corrective actions, both timely and according to standards and by the O&M contractor.

Main responsibilities

1. Non-Technical Risk Management

• Oversee the implementation of mitigation measures for all high-impact non-technical risks that could affect project performance, and act promptly in case of any incident.
• Monitor early warning signals of potential risk changes and implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure a swift and effective response from the O&M contractor when risks materialize, minimizing impact and ensuring business continuity.

2. Technical Performance Management

• Ensure the O&M contractor implements adequate measures to prevent technical performance deviations through a preventive maintenance plan, and provide monthly visibility on its execution.
• Ensure the O&M contractor delivers prompt and effective responses to events that impact plant availability.
• Monitor compliance of the O&M contractor with grid operator instructions, in accordance with applicable regulations and contractual agreements.
• Support performance analysis to identify panel underperformance and define corrective actions.

Job Profile

· Education: Mechanical/electrical engineer and/or related.

· Professional experience: 10 years in solar plants.

· Professional area: renewable energy or infrastructure projects

· Specialized knowledge: PVSyst Photovoltaic Power Plant Simulation Program, Autocad, Geographical Information Systems

· Use of tools: Office

· Language: Advanced English
