The Role

We’re currently seeking a Junior Quality Control Agent to join our team in Barranquilla. This position plays a key role in ensuring the flawless execution of our trips by maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, communication, and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with our international Travel Planners to support the execution of sold trips.

• Review and verify all trip bookings to ensure every detail is correct and aligned with client expectations.

• Implement and maintain our internal quality control process across all reservations.

• Reconfirm bookings with vendors via email and phone; proactively address any issues that arise.

• Serve as a quality guardian, ensuring that every journey meets our standards of excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong command of English (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Collaborative mindset and customer-focused attitude.

• Experience in documentation and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time, on-site only

• Location: Barranquilla

• Salary: $2,400,000 COP/month

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Colombian time)

• Vacation: 15 business days per year (accrued from day one)
