Functions
- Effectively manage manufacturing operations at TRUMPF Mexico to ensure on-time delivery, achievement of cost targets, and fulfillment of product quality objectives.
- Develop, supervise, and coordinate the work teams in the areas of Continuous Improvement (SYNCHRO), Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and the production floor.
- Responsible for the analysis, planning, and execution of new production projects.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies for all employees.
- Reduce and control waste in the company’s production processes.
- Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for company equipment.
- Maintain productivity levels and Group standards.
- Consistently apply principles of order and cleanliness in production areas, maneuvering yards, and auxiliary equipment zones.
