What you’ll do
- Become a strategic member of the Americas Leadership team.
- Help build the future of Emma’s finance for Americas by driving strategic finance initiatives.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives and projects, working with teams across departments to ensure successful execution.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and develop recommendations for optimization on diverse topics.
- Review, improve and disrupt internal processes, operational setup and connected strategies for increased efficiency and excellence on a global scale.
- Shape teams by challenging and advancing organizational structures and team composition and supporting growth of future leaders.
Who we are looking for
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services such as consulting, audit, banking, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of finance topics with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and continuously learn.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective conveyance of complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-reliant, hands-on work mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field.
- A strategic and creative thinker who can manage stakeholders and prioritize competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to adapt swiftly and prioritize key objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solution-oriented with a curious mindset, always seeking innovative approaches and eager to learn.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering fast results, scoping projects effectively, and continuous improvement.
