Cashera Capital is a financial services and investment management firm focused on providing innovative capital solutions to businesses. We are expanding our operations in Mexico City and seeking a highly driven and strategic Director of Operations to lead our regional office and support our U.S.-based leadership team.

Position Overview

The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team in Mexico City while coordinating closely with executives in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational functions in Mexico City, including back-office, finance, HR, and administrative support.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies, workflows, and procedures to ensure

efficiency and scalability.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff to build a strong local team.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, financial regulations, and company standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, office administration, and technology infrastructure.
• Partner with U.S. leadership to align operational strategy with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
• Drive process improvements, risk management, and quality assurance across functions.
• Support business growth initiatives, including client service operations and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations, or related field (MBA

preferred).

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or capital markets.
• Proven leadership skills with experience building and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and HR practices in Mexico.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel occasionally to the United States for training and leadership meetings.
