Digital Strategist SEO/SEM
Location: Colombia, Remote.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who’s good at creating online strategies, especially for SEO (Search Engine Optimization). If you enjoy figuring out how to make websites show up better in search results, and you’re a big-picture thinker who can also get into the details, this job is for you. You’ll work with different teams (content, web, and marketing) to help improve how the company shows up online.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Analyze customer journeys and digital touchpoints to identify growth opportunities
•Collaborate with marketing, creative, and web teams to design and execute campaigns
•Audit current digital performance and identify areas for optimization
•Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of websites and provide actionable recommendations
•Perform keyword research aligned with business goals and user intent
•Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headlines, image alt text, internal linking)
•Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, site speed, etc.)
•Recommend strategies for content optimization and link-building
•Track performance metrics and provide clear, data-driven SEO and SEM Reports
•Collaborate with teams to implement SEO best practices in web development and content creation.
What We Are Looking For
• At least 3 years of experience working with SEO strategies.
• Familiar with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Experience working with outside agencies for paid advertising like Google Ads or social media.
• Knows how to use tools like Google Analytics to track web performance.
• Understands how search engines work and how to improve rankings.
• Has worked with website platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Knows a bit of HTML, CSS, and how websites are built.
• Great at analyzing, communicating, and managing projects.
