Key Responsibilities

Dealer Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads, improve customer retention, and increase dealer sales.
• Analyze regional performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Dealer Support & Enablement

• Provide training, resources, and support for local dealer initiatives such as promotions and events.
• Ensure alignment between dealer activities and brand messaging.

Customer Journey Integration

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline lead management.
• Enhance customer and dealer experiences through CRM and UX best practices.

Localized Campaign Development

• Design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to deliver impactful marketing materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistency in brand strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in automotive dealer marketing or retail marketing for point-of-sale environments.
• Availability to travel frequently and work on weekends.
• Strong command of CRM platforms and ability to analyze customer behavior through localized campaigns.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education
