We’re looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team remotely.
Working with our distributed recruitment team, this person will be providing support in all end to end recruitment processes for our clients who are hyper growth startups.
Responsibilities include:
Build and manage candidate pipelines according to the client’s requirements
Research and source talent on platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound and our internal ATS
Outreach and general communication with past and potential candidates and clients
Requirements:
Proficient speaking and writing in English
1-3 years experience in Recruitment, Digital Marketing or Business Support (EA, Admin, Sales etc.)
Positive attitude and desire to learn
Naturally curious and self motivated
