This role contributes to a scalable, AWS‑native platform that combines Go‑based backend services with responsive React/TypeScript UIs, AI‑assisted tooling, and secure data handling. What You’ll Own

• Own complex product features from concept through production, shaping architecture, implementing backend services in Go, and building responsive UI flows with React/TypeScript.
• Design and evolve data models, APIs, and AI‑assisted reporting tools, ensuring reliability, security, and usability for investigators in the field.
• Work in an AWS‑native, event‑driven architecture using infrastructure‑as‑code and modern cloud primitives to scale systems while meeting stringent security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership in a small, remote‑first team to influence platform evolution and user experience.
• Apply strong engineering hygiene: test‑driven development, DRY principles, and maintainable abstractions to support long‑term growth and easier changes over time.
• Review own work critically, anticipate failure modes, and ship features that remain stable after release without frequent revisits.

Required Skills And Experience
