We are seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end HR administration processes for Americas. You will be the backbone of our Talent Acquisition and HR operations, responsible for handling hiring, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HR records.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across SSL
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on market trends, deliver diverse shortlists and coordinate interview stages
Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and offer negotiations
Proactively build pipeline for key positions for the business
Responsible for representing the brand in candidate interactions and uphold high standards of work

Skills & Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
Fluent in English and Spanish
