We’re building a world-class Outbound Sales Department focused on Paid Media (PPC) Services, and we’re looking for a Director of Outbound Sales who can lead this from the front—globally.

What You’ll Own
Build and scale a brand-new global outbound sales department from the ground up
Own outbound strategy, team structure, hiring, training and execution for Paid Search (Google Ads) sales to SMBs
Lead a team of remote closers and SDRs, across multiple geographies and time zones
Design and implement high-performance sales frameworks, scripts, and outbound workflows
Partner with leadership, marketing, product, and PPC delivery teams to align growth goals
Oversee tools, tech stack (e.g., CRMs, dialers) and real-time coaching infrastructure
Drive culture: motivate, coach, and uplevel your team’s performance consistently

You’ll Thrive Here If You…
Have 6+ years of experience leading outbound B2B or SMB sales teams, ideally in advertising or marketing services
Must have deep experience selling PPC or Paid Media—Google Ads is your second language.
Built and scaled remote teams that delivered $200K+ in new monthly revenue consistently
Are obsessed with dialing strategy, coaching, incentive plans, and sales frameworks
Know how to run a high-velocity outbound sales department—CRM, dialers and AI tools are familiar territory
Are a strategic operator who thrives in execution and knows how to manage across functions
