The Role
We’re currently seeking a Junior Quality Control Agent to join our team in Barranquilla. This position plays a key role in ensuring the flawless execution of our trips by maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, communication, and client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our international Travel Planners to support the execution of sold trips.
- Review and verify all trip bookings to ensure every detail is correct and aligned with client expectations.
- Implement and maintain our internal quality control process across all reservations.
- Reconfirm bookings with vendors via email and phone; proactively address any issues that arise.
- Serve as a quality guardian, ensuring that every journey meets our standards of excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in documentation and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Type: Full-time, on-site only
- Location: Barranquilla
- Salary: $2,400,000 COP/month
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Colombian time)
- Vacation: 15 business days per year (accrued from day one)
- Benefits: All legally mandated benefits
