We’re a United States based company and we’re currently looking for talent – we are trying to find our next Customer Service Representative with Advanced English skills. This is a 100% Remote position.
Note: Before applying, please take into consideration that this position is open only to applicants residing full time in Mexico at this time.
If you happen to have the following REQUIREMENTS:
– Advanced English level skills (Written, Spoken and Auditory)

• At least 1 year of experience in a Sales/Customer Service role
• Advanced Computer ability – will be required to use our CRM system and other internal softwares
• Multitasking ability is a MUST
• Positive attitude

  What does a day to day with us look like?
  – Reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to initiate conversations
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns and provide solutions
• Conduct phone calls/meetings to showcase products/services and convince prospects of their value
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals that are mutually beneficial
• Learn about the complete details of each product on our catalog
• Keep track of leads, opportunities and sales activities
• Work as a team member with our Sales department
• Capacity to work unsupervised, have initiative and good judgment
